Scholarship Description:
The Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory of the Department of Data and Systems Engineering at the University of Hong Kong (HKU DASE) is recruiting one PhD student for the 2025 intake.

- Scholarships: HK government scholarship/Presidential scholarship recipients: HKD 400,000-420,000/year; graduate scholarship recipients: HKD 220,000/year.

Eligibility criteria:
- Qualifications: Outstanding undergraduate or master’s graduates in mechanical, electronic, automation, robotics, or related fields.
- Attributes: Strong ambition and hands-on skills, proactive work attitude, rigorous research approach, teamwork spirit, and a keen interest in advanced manufacturing research.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Non-English medium graduates must have an IELTS score of at least 6.5 (no section below 6) or a TOEFL score of at least 85.
